The excitement for Casata Austin exploded on social media and in the local press early in 2021, making our nightly rental options a top choice for travelers, tourists and staycationers.
Our first community in South Austin, Texas is surrounded by some of the top bars, entertainment venues, food trucks, and nature parks in the area and is approximately 10 miles from downtown Austin.

CasataStay micro homes are currently available for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Misterb&b.
CasataStay micro homes range in size from 378 square feet to 400 square feet, with two sizes for outdoor patios (patio square footage is additional). They are beautiful, 1 bedroom 1 bath homes with high ceilings and windows that let in plentiful natural light – many people tell us they feel much larger than they expected.
The unique combination of privacy and community appeal you’ll experience at CasataStay is simply not found anywhere else.
Casata is a modern micro home community that is mostly long-term rentals (6 – 18 months), with a handful of short-term rentals available for nightly & weekly stays. You can instantly book with us for up to 30 nights at a time, with weekly discounts automatically included. We also offer monthly rental options at even lower rates for those looking to stay longer.
We are proud to follow Airbnb’s Enhanced 5-Step Cleaning Process to keep our guests safe and healthy during this time.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time, but we are looking into it for the future.
CasataStay communities include: a full co-working & lounge space with high speed internet, fitness center with energy-generating equipment, resort-style pool, digital media room, outdoor stage for events such as yoga and live music, outdoor greenspace, and more.
CasataStay micro homes reduce carbon and water footprint through a smaller square footage than a normal home, better insulation for heating & cooling, energy & water efficient appliances, and LED lighting.
From the solar-powered amenity center, to the EV charging stations, energy-generating fitness equipment, vegetable gardens, and outdoor greenspaces, we go to great lengths to make sure we are doing our part.
While our homes are not child-proofed, children are able to stay with us.
